Damages & Repairs

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving it. Email us at contact@thelovinggood.com with clear photos of the issue. We'll review it right away and work with you to resolve it.

Please note that we reserve the right to decline repair or return requests that are excessive or unreasonable.

Order Cancellations

If you'd like to cancel an order after payment has been completed, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@thelovinggood.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll process a refund, deducting 20% of the invoice total to cover processing and handling.
